Senior Advisor Recruitment – Corporate Services (Wellington Based)

About the role

Over the election period, the Commission will need to fill up to 25,000 positions throughout New Zealand.  As a crucial member of our recruitment team, you will manage multiple recruitment channels with a view to attracting high calibre staff who reflect the communities they will be serving throughout the country.  In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and building partnerships with a diverse range of communities, government agencies, and the broader organisation. This role requires someone who can think outside the box and has a passion for formulating and implementing a solid recruitment strategy. This is your chance to contribute to New Zealand’s democracy as part of a committed, supportive, and hands-on organisation.

About you

•    You could have agency or internal experience

•    Track record in high volume recruitment

•    Strong strategic, planning and project management skills

•    Excellent relationship management and communications skills

•    High level of initiative and ability to self-manage & a self-starter
