About the role

You’ll ensure end to end delivery of services provided to our  customers  and that  we meet/exceed the contractual obligations while utilising appropriate technology. With the support of your team you will ensure at all times services meet the Rules, Service Level procedures and jurisdictional guidelines. Providing direction and day-day management of the Retailer Services Teams in Christchurch will be a key task along with building robust commercial relationships with all Vector-AMS customers and Vendors.


You will develop and deliver an optimized Supply Chain management process to support the Customer Delivery business units, including management of the planning activities, forecasting, and procurement capability within Vector AMS. You will also be tasked to assist the management team to set the annual Retailer Services budgets and implement the appropriate measures to ensure the business unit’s financial performance meets or exceeds the approved budget.

You’ll have a sound knowledge of commercial activities, policies and processes, and strong relationships management skill.  Your knowledge of regulatory requirements within our space and proven track record in contracts and performance management of an outsourced service provision will come in handy. You’re a strategic inherent influencer and know how to build relationships to get things done.
