About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an administrator or coordinator to join a fun and busy HR team to provide high quality administration support. 

It would be true to say that your experience at Vector will be challenging, broad and rewarding and you will have the opportunity to make a positive contribution and to work directly with the wider HR team and business.

Responsibilities are varied and include general administrative support, managing a range of recruitment and onboarding processes, day to day management of inboxes, intranet updates, and coordination of meetings and other business activities.

 

Who we are looking for

We are looking for some who genuinely enjoys administrative work and supporting others, who has strong attention to detail to ensure our processes are followed correctly, who can multi task and who wishes to gain an understanding of the HR function.

The following attributes will help you to be successful in this role: 

·         Previous administration experience in a similar environment

·         A willing and can-do attitude

·         Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

·         Ability to organise, prioritise and work to deadlines

·         High level of accuracy and attention to detail

·         Sound computer skills with intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills

·         Trustworthy
