Are you a high-energy team player who loves all aspects of a busy events management role? Are you an organised self-starter who can multi-task, make sound decisions under pressure and go the extra mile if needed? 

We are looking for a full-time events coordinator for our small communications team, based in Wellington. 

We are looking for someone who: 

·         is highly organised and always two steps ahead of the game

·         can anticipate problems, provide solutions, and is unflappable under pressure

·         can maintain strong relationships with current and potential event partners. 

You will have at least two years’ previous experience in event management or similar administration and come to us with a commitment to providing quality service to all. 

This is an exciting and fast-moving position in an organisation with a big work programme and a strong commitment to improving health quality and safety. 

The Health Quality & Safety Commission is a stand-alone Crown entity with a board responsible to the Minister of Health. The Commission is responsible for assisting providers across the whole health and disability sector, both private and public, to improve health service safety and quality.
